Ready to Register? Head over here.

Join us for an Outdoor First Aid and CPR/AED class designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations while enjoying outdoor adventures. Whether you're camping, hiking, biking, skiing or simply spending time outdoors, this course will equip you with the confidence to handle common injuries and medical emergencies.

Led by Midwest Outdoor Skills Training, this hands-on class covers a range of topics for outdoor safety. Our morning session will cover basic wound and musculoskeletal injury care, stop the bleed techniques, allergic reactions, environmental-related illnesses and more, with practical strategies tailored to outdoor environments. Our afternoon session will cover Adult, Infant, Child CPR and AED and will provide an American Heart Association certification. Both morning and afternoon sessions are suitable for ages 14 and up.

Kids First Aid Program (led by Jen St.Clair) will be offered for children in K-4th grades who have a parent(s) attending the morning adult First Aid session. See separate registration item for this.
