Recreational Alpine Ski Hours of Operation
Gates open and tow rope running with Ski Patrol
- Monday 2:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. *
- Friday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday Noon – 6:00 p.m. **
- Sunday Noon – 6:00 p.m.
* Hill #5 is closed for lessons on Thursday evenings.
** Hills #1, #2, and #5 are closed for lessons on Saturday mornings until noon.
Holiday Schedule for Alpine
Madison Public School Vacation Days, Noon – 5:00 p.m. (includes winter break from Dec. 22, 2008 to Jan. 5, 2009; and Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, January 19, 2009)
Cross Country Skiing Hours of Operation
Accessible any day and time. If main gate is locked, skiers can come in through smaller pedestrian gate. Trails are not patrolled. Skiers should use the buddy system.
Ski Jumping Hours of Operation
Ski jumping is allowed only during supervised times. Absolutely NO snowboarding, sledding, or mountain biking on the ski jumps. Violators will lose their Blackhawk memberships.
