How do I join or renew my membership?
The best way to join or renew is to use online registration on our website. It’s easy, fast, and secure. You may signup or renew via snail mail by downloading forms from the website and mailing completed forms to the PO Box with a check.
How long does my membership last?
One year from date of purchase or renewal. All Unlimited Full Facility memberships are renewed in the fall.
How long do current members have to renew our Unlimited Full Facility Family membership?
Membership renewals for 2016-2017 will begin September 7, 2016 at 7PM and will be announced with an email reminder. Current members will have until September 28, 2016 at 7PM to renew before the club starts accepting new Unlimited Full Facility (Single or Family) memberships.
I′m interested in joining as a new member. When can I sign up?
Anyone can join beginning September 7, 2016, with the exception of Unlimited Full Facility (Single or Family) memberships. Unlimited Full Facility (Single or Family) memberships will not be available to new members until September 28, 2016.
Does my Unlimited Full Facility membership guarantee that my kids will get into lessons?
No. You must have a current membership valid for the upcoming season to sign up for lessons. Please check the online registration system on our website for lesson availability. The Alpine ski program for kids (Pre-Flight through X-Ploration Team, and snowboarding) has size limits for each class. If the time slot is blocked on the registration grid, then it is full. You can sign up either online, or via mail by downloading the forms, but if you choose mail, you are not guaranteed that the lesson times you choose will be available when your forms are processed.
If you are signing up for membership and lessons at the same time (online), you must choose a membership option before signing up for lessons. Because lessons are limited and because existing members have priority to sign up for lessons, it may be difficult in your first year of membership to get group lessons. However, we do offer private ski lessons for members. Private lesson information will be posted on the website in late fall.
How do I get my membership IDs?
A Membership Badge (pdf file) with all of your current family info, membership, and lessons will be sent to you with your purchase confirmation email; also, it is available online in your member section. Print a copy for each family member. If you lose a Membership Badge, just print a replacement.
How do I edit my Personal or Family Information?
Logon to the online registration system on the website. Keep your information current — this will ensure that you will receive timely club announcements via e-mail and newsletters.
Can I upgrade from a Limited Facility Family Membership to Unlimited Full Facility Family Membership?
Yes, but no credit will be issued for the first membership. If a Limited Family member wants to upgrade to Unlimited Full Facility Family membership, they can do so assuming that the Family limit has not been reached, but must pay the entire Unlimited Full Facility Family Fee. Membership is good for one year from date of upgrade.

Can I sign up for additional lessons online at a later date (after my membership renewal or purchase)?
Yes, if there is space available. Please note, lessons fill up quickly.
I am interested in the Ski Jumping Program. What do I do?

I am interested in the Blackhawk Alpine Ski Racing Team (BART). What do I do?
BART requires a specific level of skiing ability and has limited space available. For more information on BART, contact the club via email at
