Blackhawk Ski Club has several different types of memberships available:

FULL ACCESS - Family ($550), Individual ($250) ​

  • Activities Allowed:  Alpine/Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemark Skiing, Ski Jumping, Cross-Country Skiing, Mountain/Fat Tire Biking, Running, Walking, Snowshoeing, Events.
  • Access Allowed:  All trails & facilities, year-round.
  • The number of Full Access - Family memberships will be capped at 375 families (as determined by the Board of Directors).
  • There is a one-time Initiation Fee of $150 for new Full Access - Family memberships.
  • A family is defined as one household consisting of parents/guardians and dependents under age 26.
  • Membership Term:  Expires at the next registration period in September.
  • Youth Program Eligibility:  Alpine Ski School, Alpine Race Team (BART), Ski Jumping, Nordic Kids, Nordic Ski Team (BNST), Biathlon, Kids Mountain Bike Program, Youth Mountain Bike Race Team (BCMBC).
  • Add-a-Grandparent(s) - available for additional $100.
  • Scholarships available: Email board@blackhawkskiclub.org

LIMITED ACCESS - Family ($250), Individual ($150), Student ($75)

  • Access Allowed:  All trails & facilities, year-round.
  • Activities Allowed:  Ski Jumping, Cross-Country Skiing, Mountain/Fat Tire Biking, Running, Walking, Snowshoeing, Events.
  • Youth Program Eligibility:  Ski Jumping, Nordic Kids, Nordic Ski Team (BNST), Biathlon, Kids Mountain Bike Program, Youth Mountain Bike Race Team (BCMBC).
  • Membership Term:  Expires at the next registration period in September.
  • A family is defined as one household consisting of parents/guardians and dependents under age 26.
  • A student is defined as an individual enrolled full-time in elementary school, high school, college (undergraduate). If the individual is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration.
  • Add-a-Grandparent(s) - available for additional $50.

TELEMARK - Individual ($50), Student ($30)

  • Access Allowed:  Alpine trails, rope tows and chalets; during the winter season on designated Telemark Nights only.
  • Activities Allowed:  Telemark Skiing, Events.
  • Youth Program Eligibility:  None.
  • Membership Term:  Valid for current winter season (November 1 through March 31), regardless of date purchased.
  • A student is defined as an individual enrolled full-time in elementary school, high school, college (undergraduate). If the individual is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration.

WINTER FAT BIKING - Family ($50), Individual ($25)

  • Access Allowed:  Chalets and designated Winter Mountain Biking Trails, during the winter season only (December 1 through March 31).
  • Activities Allowed:  Fat Tire Biking (4+'" tires) Snowshoeing, Events.
  • Youth Program Eligibility:  None.
  • Membership Term:  Valid for the current winter season (December 1 through March 31), regardless of date purchased.
  • A family is defined as one household consisting of parents/guardians and dependents under age 21.

MOUNTAIN BIKING & HIKING / FAT TIRE BIKING & SNOWSHOEING - Family ($90), Individual ($45), Student ($25)

  • Access Allowed:  All trails & facilities (April 1 through October 31) Winter Bike Trails and Snowshoeing Trails, (November 1-March 30).
  • Activities Allowed:  Summer Season (approx. April 1-Oct 31): Mountain Biking, Running, Walking, Events. Winter Season (approx. November 1-March 30): Fat Tire Biking, Snowshoeing, Events.
  • Youth Program Eligibility:  Kids Mountain Biking Program, Youth Mountain Bike Race Team (BCMBC), Outdoor Exploration
  • Membership Term:  Valid for current season (April 1 through March 30), regardless of date purchased.
  • A family is defined as one household consisting of parents/guardians and dependents under age 26.
  • A student is defined as an individual enrolled full-time in elementary school, high school, college (undergraduate). If the individual is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration.
  • Vehicle tag required for entry.
  • Scholarships available - cost should not be a barrier to participation: Email board@blackhawkskiclub.org

Under Wisconsin law, each participant in an alpine sport assumes the risk of injury or death to person or injury to property resulting from the conditions and risks that are considered to be inherent in an alpine sport, has a number of duties that must be met while engaging in an alpine sport, and is subject to limitations on the ability to recover damages from a ski area operator for injuries or death to a person or to property.
